Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Branexa Limited, we aim to provide reliable digital products and services. This policy explains when customers may cancel an order, request a refund, or receive help with a faulty or incorrectly supplied product.

It applies to our text processing products, PDF processing products, SEO content processing products, digital downloads, licences, browser-based tools, and related digital services. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. Digital Supply and Cancellation

Our products are supplied digitally, so there is normally no physical item to return. For digital content supplied immediately, we may ask you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge any effect on a statutory cancellation right. Where the required consent and acknowledgement are not obtained, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or does not function as reasonably expected, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may provide technical assistance, correction, replacement access, a licence reissue, a partial refund, or a full refund where appropriate.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered where a product or access was not delivered, a licence cannot be provided, you were charged twice, a technical problem cannot be resolved, the product is materially different from its description, or a refund is otherwise required by law. Requests are reviewed individually.

4. When a Refund May Not Apply

Subject to statutory rights, a change-of-mind refund may not normally be available after digital supply has begun where you validly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the relevant cancellation consequences. Refunds may also be unavailable where the product works substantially as described, the issue results from unsupported systems disclosed before purchase, or the request involves misuse or fraud.

5. Refund Requests

Email [email protected] with your full name, order number, product name, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Screenshots or error messages may be included where helpful. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times. Where access to refunded digital products must be withdrawn, we may deactivate the relevant licence, download, account access, or subscription.

7. Statutory Rights

This policy operates alongside your rights under applicable UK consumer law, including rights relating to digital content and services that do not conform to the contract.
